We are looking for six individuals or organisations who know they have done a great job and would like some help with proving and demonstrating it.
How do you know you have made a difference?
We will provide expert help to the selected practitioners to prove the value of good empowerment and social cohesion activity. Support and advice will be given in practical, low cost do able evaluation methods
How can you demonstrate it?
YHEP will publish and disseminate the six good practice case studies AND We will support successful applicants to profile their successful work - locally, regionally and nationally
Who can apply?
Public, Community and Voluntary Sectors carrying out community empowerment, engagement, social cohesion, capacity building and similar activities. The approach can involve innovative new techniques at the cutting edge
or tried and tested methods that are familiar and widely used.Activities can focus on specific interest groups or on the community as a whole.
