FCDL are offering free training as part of their Improving Reach Programme for unpaid activists and paid workers who are themselves from and/or are involved with groups and networks led by Black minority ethnic and other marginalised and excluded community groups.
The following courses in South Yorkshire and Humberside have been finalized:
- (2 days) Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th November 2010 – Sheffield Course IR/A: Creative Facilitation for Community Group Work (2 days) un-accredited - booking form
- (3 days) Thursday 4th, Friday 5th & Tuesday 23rd November 2010 - Sheffield Course IR/B: Introduction to Community Development Training (3 days) un-accredited - booking form
- (6 days) Tuesday 30th November, Monday 6th & Monday 13th December 2010, Monday 17th, Monday 24th & Monday 31st January 2011 - Sheffield Course IR/C: Introduction to Community Development Skills and Methods accredited leading to the Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector qualification.
