A review, a stock take and a new dawn!
14th January 2011, 12 noon until 5.30pm
What’s gone well? What hasn’t? What have we learnt? What has been put in place? How can we ensure emerging new approaches build on this rich history?
It is 10 years since the Social Exclusion Unit launched A New Commitment to Neighbourhood Renewal: National Strategy Action Plan (2001). And it is exactly 4 years ago that the regional action plan was designed for ‘Together We Can’, now known as the Yorkshire and Humber Empowerment Partnership.
The Empowerment Partnership would therefore like to invite you to an afternoon of reflection and learning, highlights and celebration of engagement and empowerment practice over the last 10 years, with a particular focus on where we are now with regard to new initiatives and approaches, and the legacy of YHEP. This will also be an opportunity for our GOYH colleagues to say goodbye and ‘thank you’.
