YHCDN became involved with Federation for Community Development Learning and their pilot Improving Reach for BME practitioners and communities which was funded by Capacity Builders. There were several aspects to this project which were delivered by members of the network.
Improving Reach – training the trainers
A four-day introductory training skills course for black trainers from across the region was delivered in Doncaster by FCDL staff.
