Outreach work was undertaken to a wide range of minority communities in the North Lincolnshire area to see what training and support needs their groups needed to be effective in their community activities. From this some people went onto the training for trainers short course, others attended taster courses that were run on different aspects of running groups and working in the community, and offers were made by members of the network to provide mentoring support if needed.
